Yes, you must have an active Candy Crush Saga account and you don't want to miss out on Candy Crush Music Season 2026. If you don't have an account, don't worry - it's easy to download. You will also need internet access and a web browser to enter codes on the site.

Anyone aged 18 or older in participating countries where Candy Crush Saga is available can participate. However, Tier 2 'Souvenirs' and Tier 3 'VIP Meet & Greet' prize draws are strictly restricted to legal residents of eligible US locations, excluding New York and Florida. See our Terms and Conditions page for more details. The Zedd Meet & Greet is for entrants aged 21 or older only.

Each prizing tier corresponds to the amount of codes required. Remember, all codes are marked with a blue sugar star in our music video. Head to the homepage to watch now.

• Tier 1 - 'Goodies' requires 2 codes, 1 for each reward.
• Tier 2 - 'Souvenirs' requires 1 code.
• Tier 3 - 'VIP Meet & Greet' requires 3 codes.

Entering two correct Tier 1 codes grants behind-the-scenes content and 15 Gold Bars for Candy Crush Saga. The Gold Bars are limited to the first 500,000 valid redemptions worldwide, with one redemption per player.

Eligible US residents entering the Tier 2 code can enter draws for:

• Signed bandanas by Zedd and Shania Twain (50 available).
• Signed poster by Zedd and Shania Twain (1 available).
• Candy Crush Music Season '26 'Candy FM' tote bag, 'You're Still the One' by Shania Twain and Zedd (Candy Crush version) vinyl, and sticker pack (500 available).
• Shania Twain's cowgirl outfit from the video (1 available).
• Zedd's decorated motorbike helmet (1 available).

Eligible US residents who submit the 3 Tier 3 codes can enter draws for 3-day/2-night trips for two.

Shania Twain Prize: 3 winners and their respective plus ones will win VIP concert tickets, meet-and-greet, flights, hotel, $800 spending money, merch packs, and an extra experience, such as horse riding. Please see the Terms and Conditions page. The trip is projected for September 2027.

Zedd Prize: 3 winners and their respective plus ones will win VIP tickets to his Las Vegas residency at OMNIA on October 24, 2026, meet-and-greet, flights, hotel, and $800 spending money. Winners and guests must be 21 or older. Please see the Terms and Conditions page for more information.

You may enter each separate prize draw category once per person. Winners are picked at random. Email confirmations of the draws entered will be sent to the details provided at entry on the candyroadhouse.com site.

Random draws to select winners will take place on or around October 6, 2026. Winners will be notified via email and/or the contact details submitted at entry. Don't forget to check your spam or junk folders if you haven't received anything.

For Tier 1 'Goodies', access to prizes is instantaneous following the correct code being entered.

Our lucky Tier 2 'Souvenirs' winners will have their merch items shipped to them within 4 weeks, once the draws have closed on October 5, 2026, and winners are selected on or around October 6, 2026.

Tier 3 'VIP Meet & Greet' trip winners must respond within 72 hours of the initial notification to claim their prize, after the draw closes and winners are selected on or around October 6, 2026. Once concert dates for the Shania Twain trip are officially confirmed, winners must confirm availability within 5 business days.

No, all prizes are non-transferable, cannot be resold, and have no cash alternative.

All prizes for Tier 2 'Souvenirs' will be shipped within 4 weeks of the draws closing. Neither King nor the Agency is responsible for any prizes that are lost, damaged, delayed, or undelivered due to errors, misdelivery, or handling by third-party shipping, courier, or postal services, or misentered address and shipping details at point of entry.
