Terms and Conditions

1.1 This promotion (“Promotion”) is operated by King.com Limited, a company registered in Malta with its registered address at Level 3 Valletta Buildings, Triq Nofs In-Nhar, Valletta, VLT 1103, Malta (“King”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) in collaboration with Pablo London Limited (whose registered office is at 109-111 Farringdon Road, London, EC1R 3BW), acting as our Promotion and prize fulfilment partner (the “Agency”).

1.2 The Promotion is being run in connection with Candy Crush Music Season.

1.3 This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with YouTube, Google, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Meta, or any music label, publisher, platform, venue or other third party unless expressly stated by King.

2.1 This Promotion is open only to individuals in participating countries who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. For the Zedd Prize (as defined below), as a strict requirement of receiving that prize, any winners and their guests must be aged 21 or above at the time of travel.

2.2 Tier 1 Prize eligibility: Tier 1 Prizes are available to eligible and selected participants in territories where Candy Crush Saga is available, except where prohibited by law.

2.3 Tier 2 and Tier 3 Prize eligibility: Tier 2 Prizes and Tier 3 Prize draws are open only to legal residents of the United States or the District of Columbia, excluding Florida, New York, Puerto Rico, Guam, the U.S. Virgin Islands and all other U.S. territories and possessions (“Eligible US Location”), who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. To receive a Tier 2 Prize, a winner must provide a valid postal address within an Eligible US Location. Tier 2 Prizes will not be shipped to addresses outside the United States. For the Tier 3 Zedd Prize (as defined below), as a strict requirement of receiving that prize, any winners and their guests must be aged 21 or above at the time of travel.

2.4 No purchase necessary. Void where prohibited.

2.5 Participants who do not have a Candy Crush Saga game account will be required to install Candy Crush Saga and create an account in order to participate in this Promotion.

2.6 Employees, officers, directors, contractors, agents or representatives of King, the Agency, the Featured Artists (as defined below), any advertising or promotional partner, prize provider, or each of their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, owners, directors, managers, officers, employees, contractors and agents (collectively, the “Promotion Entities”), and members of their immediate families or households, are not eligible to enter this Promotion.

2.7 Internet and phone access, access to the Promotion website, and access to the Candy Crush Saga game are required to participate. Participants are responsible for any data charges, internet access fees or other costs associated with participating in the Promotion.

3.1 During the Promotion Period, participants may take part in a music video treasure hunt by looking for hidden codes in the Candy Crush Saga Music Season music video (the “Music Video”) and through other content, channels, or locations made available in connection with the Promotion.

3.2 Participants must enter the code(s) they find on the Promotion website at www.candyroadhouse.com or any other website notified by King for the Promotion (the “Promotion Website”).

3.3 There are three (3) prize tiers. Codes are allocated to a specific prize tier and may only be used for the prize tier indicated by King on the Promotion Website or in related promotional materials.

3.4 For purposes of these Rules, “Featured Artists” means Shania Twain and Zedd, as applicable to the relevant Prize. Artist appearances, VIP access, performance format, set length, meet-and-greet opportunities and related artist access are subject to artist, venue and event availability and applicable third-party requirements.

3.5 Tier 1 (Instant Access / Redemption): Eligible participants who find and correctly enter two (2) Tier 1 codes on the Promotion Website will receive access to behind-the-scenes content from the Music Video and, subject to the redemption cap below, 15 Gold Bars for use in Candy Crush Saga (together, a “Tier 1 Prize”). Tier 1 Prizes are fulfilled on an instant-access / redemption basis following successful code validation. Only one (1) Tier 1 Prize is permitted per participant and Candy Crush Saga game account. The 15 Gold Bar component is limited to the first 500,000 valid Tier 1 redemptions in total. Once 500,000 valid Gold Bar redemptions have been completed, eligible participants may continue to receive the behind-the-scenes content but will not receive the 15 Gold Bars. The Tier 1 Prize has no cash value. Gold Bars are virtual content, are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash, real goods or real services.

3.6 Tier 2 (Prize Draws): Eligible US participants in an Eligible US Location who find and correctly enter the Tier 2 code on the Promotion Website may enter a prize draw for each of the separate prize pools (each a “Tier 2 Prize Pool”): (i) one (1) Candy Crush Music Season bandana signed by Zedd and Shania Twain (50 prizes) (ARV: $200); (ii) one (1) Candy Crush Music Season poster signed by Zedd and Shania Twain (1 prize) (ARV: $340); (iii) one (1) Candy Crush Music Season design tote, vinyl and sticker pack (500 prizes) (ARV: $210); (iv) one (1) Shania Twain “Look #1” as shown in the Music Video and worn by Shania Twain, comprising of one (1) hat, one (1) jacket, one (1) pair of chaps, and one (1) bodice (ARV: $35,000); and/or (v) one (1) decorated helmet as shown in the Music Video and worn by Zedd (ARV: $15,000) (each item a “Tier 2 Prize”). Participants may enter a prize draw for each Tier 2 Prize category, but they must be entered separately. Participants cannot enter more than once per Tier 2 Prize category. Each Tier 2 Prize will be awarded by random prize draw from all valid entries received for that specific Tier 2 Prize during the Promotion Period. Tier 2 Prizes can only be delivered to a valid postal address within an Eligible US Location; no international shipping is available.

3.7 Tier 3 (Prize Draws): Eligible US participants in an Eligible US Location who find and correctly enter the Tier 3 code on the Promotion Website may, subject to the eligibility requirements in Section 2, enter a prize draw for each of the separate prize pools (each a “Tier 3 Prize Pool”) as follows: (i) one (1) Shania Twain Prize (3 prizes); and/or (ii) one (1) Zedd Prize (3 prizes) (each, a “Tier 3 Prize”). Each Tier 3 Prize is for the winner and one (1) guest. Tier 3 Prizes will only be awarded to eligible participants residing in an Eligible US Location. Participants may enter a prize draw for each Tier 3 Prize category, but they must be entered separately. Participants cannot enter more than once per Tier 3 Prize category.

3.8 Participants may submit only one (1) entry per person for each separate Tier 2 and Tier 3 prize draw. Any additional or duplicate entries into the same prize draw may be disregarded. Where King reasonably considers that a participant has attempted to circumvent this entry limit, King may disqualify that participant.

3.9 Entries and claims must be submitted by the participant themselves. Automated, bulk, scripted, robotic, macro, third-party, or mechanically reproduced entries or claims are not permitted and may be disqualified.

3.10 King may require participants to provide information reasonably necessary to validate eligibility, deliver a prize, and administer the Promotion, including name, date of birth, email address, postal address, Candy Crush Saga player ID and/or other relevant account information.

4.1 The Promotion opens at 06:00 AM PT on 10 September 2026 and closes at 12:00 PM PT on 6 OCTober 2026 (the “Promotion Period”). Codes, entries or claims submitted outside the Promotion Period will not be accepted unless King states otherwise in writing.

5.1 Tier 1 Prizes will be awarded to eligible participants who correctly enter the required Tier 1 codes and comply with these Rules, subject to technical availability and verification. The 15 Gold Bar component is limited to the first 500,000 valid Tier 1 redemptions; the behind-the-scenes content may remain available after that cap is reached, subject to technical availability. A maximum of one (1) Tier 1 Prize redemption is permitted per participant and Candy Crush Saga game account for the 15 Gold Bar component.

5.2 Tier 2 Prizes will be awarded by random prize draws from all valid entries received for each Tier 2 Prize Pool during the Promotion Period. The Tier 2 Prize draws will take place on or around 6 October 2026. The odds of winning a particular Tier 2 Prize depend on the number of valid entries received for that specific Tier 2 Prize Pool.

5.3 Tier 3 winners (each, a “Tier 3 Winner” and together, the “Tier 3 Winners”) will be selected by separate random prize draws. Three (3) Shania Twain Prize winners will be selected at random from all valid Shania Twain Prize entries and three (3) Zedd Prize winners will be selected at random from all valid Zedd Prize entries, in each case on or around 6 October 2026. The odds of winning in each Tier 3 draw depend on the total number of valid entries received for that specific Tier 3 Prize Pool.

5.4 King’s and/or the Agency’s decisions are final and binding in all matters relating to this Promotion, including code validation, prize tier allocation, eligibility, disqualification, prize availability and winner selection.

6.1 Tier 1 Prize recipients may receive fulfilment instructions on-screen, in-game, by email or through the Promotion Website, as determined by King.

6.2 Tier 2 Prize recipients and the Tier 3 Winners will be notified by the Agency and/or King using the contact details submitted on the Promotion Website on or around 6 October 2026 (the “Initial Notification”).

6.3 IMPORTANT: Tier 3 Winners must respond within 72 hours of the Initial Notification and must provide all requested information to verify eligibility and accept the applicable prize. If a winner fails to respond within this timeframe, is unreachable, does not provide required information, declines the prize, or is deemed ineligible in any other way, the relevant prize will be forfeited and awarded to an alternative eligible participant selected by a further random draw from the remaining valid entries for the applicable Tier 3 Prize Pool, provided that valid entries remain.

6.4 Tier 2 Prize recipients (“Tier 2 Winners”) and Tier 3 Winners must ensure that all information they provide in connection with the Promotion is complete, accurate and up to date and must promptly notify King or the Agency of any relevant changes. Delivery timings will differ according to delivery locations.

6.5 If King or the Agency contacts a Tier 2 Winner to request additional information reasonably required to verify eligibility or fulfil the Prize, they must provide the requested information within 5 business days of the request. Failure to do so may result in the Prize being forfeited and awarded to an alternative eligible participant selected by a further random draw from the remaining valid entries for the applicable Tier 2 Prize Pool, provided that valid entries remain.

6.6 Tier 2 Winners and the Tier 3 Winners may be required to provide a valid email address, valid government-issued photo identification, proof of age, proof of US residence, shipping details, travel information, tax documentation, and/or complete a prize winner affidavit, eligibility declaration, liability release and/or publicity release, where permitted by law. Tier 2 Prize recipients must provide a valid postal address within Eligible US Locations for prize fulfilment. Where required for US tax reporting or prize fulfilment, a recipient may also be required to provide a Social Security number or other taxpayer identification number.

6.7 Any difference between a stated ARV and actual value will not be awarded. Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable and may not be resold. No cash or other alternatives are available, in whole or in part, except at King’s sole discretion. If any Prize or Prize component becomes unavailable, King reserves the right, where permitted by law, to substitute it with a prize or component of equal or greater approximate retail value. For the avoidance of doubt, this substitution right does not apply to the 15 Gold Bar component of the Tier 1 Prize once the maximum of 500,000 valid Tier 1 Gold Bar redemptions has been reached. Once that cap has been reached, no further Gold Bars or substitute in-game or other prizes will be provided in respect of the Tier 1 Prize, unless otherwise expressly agreed by King in writing.

6.8 Gold Bars, boosters, virtual items and in-game benefits have no cash value, are for use only in Candy Crush Saga, and are subject to the Candy Crush Saga Terms of Use, technical limitations, and account requirements.

6.9 Merchandise sizes, colours, styles and designs are subject to availability and are not guaranteed.

6.10 All elements of a Tier 3 Prize are subject to availability and may be subject to third-party rules, artist availability, venue capacity, security requirements, event rules and other conditions. Event dates, times and venues may be postponed, cancelled or changed by the applicable artist, venue or organiser. The exact Shania Twain concert date is not known at the time these Rules are published and will be notified to the relevant winners once confirmed; King or the Agency will use reasonable efforts to provide as much advance notice as reasonably practicable. If a Tier 3 Prize, Featured Artist appearance, meet and greet, event or other component is postponed, cancelled, changed or unavailable for reasons outside King’s reasonable control, King may reschedule the affected element or substitute the affected Prize or component with a reasonable alternative of equal or greater approximate retail value. Where the unavailable element is not material to the overall Prize, King may provide the remaining available elements without further compensation, except where otherwise required by law. A winner who cannot travel on the dates specified by King or the Agency may forfeit the relevant Tier 3 Prize in accordance with Sections 6.3.1 and 6.3.2.

7.1 Tier 3 Winners and any permitted guests must comply with all applicable rules, policies and requirements imposed by King, the Agency, Featured Artists, artist representatives, venues, ticketing providers, security teams, travel providers, hotels and any other relevant third-party provider.

7.2 This includes, without limitation, age restrictions, identification requirements, security requirements, behavioural standards, health and safety rules, filming/recording restrictions, baggage limits, check-in deadlines and codes of conduct.

7.3 The Promotion Entities are not responsible if a Tier 3 Winner or guest is denied entry, removed from an event, refused accommodation or transportation, or otherwise unable to participate as a result of failure to comply with applicable rules or requirements. To the fullest extent permitted by law, King and the Agency are also not responsible for cancellations, delays, diversions, lost or damaged baggage, or other acts or omissions of airlines, hotels, venues, transport operators or other third-party providers, although King or the Agency will use reasonable efforts within its control to assist with or mitigate material disruption. If Tier 3 Winner or guest cannot use all or part of a Tier 3 Prize due to personal circumstances, failure to comply with applicable requirements or third-party disruption outside King’s reasonable control, no cash or alternative compensation will be provided except as set out in Section 6.10, where required by law or otherwise expressly stated in these Rules.

7.4 Any guest accompanying a Tier 3 Winner must be 18 years of age or older at the time of travel (or, in the case of the Zedd Prize, 21 years of age or older). Each guest must sign any documents reasonably required by King, the Agency or a third-party provider, comply with applicable event and travel requirements, and travel with the winner on the itinerary arranged by King or the Agency. The Tier 3 Winner is responsible for ensuring that their guest is aware of and complies with these Rules and any applicable third-party requirements. Tier 3 Winners should notify King or the Agency as soon as reasonably practicable of any accessibility requirements relating to travel, accommodation, events or activities. King and the Agency will use reasonable efforts to accommodate notified requirements, subject to availability and the rules and capabilities of the relevant third-party providers.

8.1 Other than as explicitly stated in these Rules, prize recipients are solely responsible for all costs and expenses associated with participating in the Promotion and accepting or using any Prize.

8.2 Prize recipients are solely responsible for all applicable federal, state, local and other taxes arising from or relating to any Prize, and for completing and submitting any required tax documentation.

8.3 Where required by law, King and/or the Agency may withhold taxes and may require a Tier 3 Winner and/or any other prize recipient to provide tax reporting information, including an IRS Form W-9 or W-8BEN, before any prize is awarded. The value of any prize may be reported for tax purposes as required by law.

9.1 King is not responsible for any lost, late, incomplete, invalid, misdirected, delayed, corrupted, garbled or undelivered entries, claims, codes, communications or prize notifications, or for any technical, network, website, game, device, platform, server, software or human error that may affect participation in the Promotion.

9.2 King does not guarantee that every participant will be able to find any code or access the Music Video, Promotion Website or Candy Crush Saga at all times. King may amend, suspend or cancel the Promotion, any prize tier, any code or any prize claim process where necessary due to fraud, technical failures, unauthorised intervention, legal or regulatory issues, or any other cause beyond King’s reasonable control that affects the integrity, administration or operation of the Promotion.

9.3 King reserves the right to cancel, suspend or amend the Promotion where necessary due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

10.1 King reserves the right to verify eligibility, disqualify entries or claims, and withhold Prizes where it reasonably believes these Rules have been breached or where a participant has acted fraudulently, dishonestly, abusively or in a manner that may damage the reputation or goodwill of King or the Promotion Entities.

10.2 Any attempt to tamper with the Promotion Website, codes, code validation, prize claim process, Candy Crush Saga, or any other element of the Promotion may result in disqualification and may constitute a violation of applicable law.

10.3 To the fullest extent permitted by law, by entering, participants release, discharge, and agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Promotion Entities, YouTube, Google, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Meta, the Featured Artists and any relevant third-party platform or provider from and against any responsibility or liability for loss, damage or injury arising from participation in the Promotion or the acceptance or use of a Prize, except to the extent caused by that party’s negligence or wilful misconduct or where liability cannot be excluded by law. Participants will indemnify the Promotion Entities against third-party claims and reasonable losses arising directly from that participant’s fraud, wilful misconduct, unlawful act or material breach of these Rules.

11.1 To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Promotion Entities shall not be liable for any loss, damage or injury arising from participation in the Promotion or any aspect of a Prize whatsoever, except where caused by their negligence or where liability cannot be excluded by law.

11.2 Each Prize is provided “as is” with no warranties, express or implied.

12.1 Personal data will be processed in accordance with King’s Privacy Policy, available at: https://www.king.com/privacyPolicy. King will use personal data collected in connection with the Promotion to administer the Promotion and prize draws; validate entries and codes; verify eligibility; contact participants and prize recipients; fulfil and deliver Prizes; arrange travel, accommodation, events and activities where applicable; prevent fraud; comply with legal, tax, accounting and record-keeping obligations; and communicate with participants about the Promotion.

12.2 To the extent necessary for those purposes, King may share personal data with the Agency and other service providers involved in administering or fulfilling the Promotion, including prize fulfilment, shipping, travel, accommodation, venue, ticketing, event, artist-representative, activity and tax-reporting providers. Participants and prize recipients may be required to provide additional information reasonably necessary to verify eligibility or fulfil a Prize, including government-issued identification, proof of age and residence, travel details and tax information, where applicable.

12.3 By entering, prize recipients and the Tier 3 Winners agree to participate in reasonable publicity related to the Promotion if requested, subject to applicable law.

12.4 A Tier 3 Winner and their guest may be required to sign additional publicity, appearance, filming, confidentiality, conduct and/or release documentation before participating in the Tier 3 Prize and as a condition of receiving the Tier 3 Prize, where permitted by law.

13.1 To find out who won a Tier 2 or Tier 3 Prize, send a legal-size, self-addressed, stamped envelope to: “King Legal Team”, King.com Ltd, Level 3 Valletta Buildings, Triq Nofs In-Nhar, Valletta, VLT 1103, Malta. Requests must be received no later than three (3) months following the end of the Promotion Period. Only one (1) request will be fulfilled for each separately mailed outer envelope.

14.1 These Rules and the Promotion shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict of laws principles, provided that nothing in these Rules affects any mandatory rights or protections available to a participant under the laws applicable to them.
